The challenge

Shop owners were running their business from notebooks and spreadsheets. They couldn't see what each branch had sold, which items were about to run out, or what was really owed on credit. Stock went missing without a trace, and end-of-day cash counts took hours.

We built Suulink Shop, a complete inventory and point-of-sale system designed for how local shops actually trade.

Fast checkout: barcode scanning, discounts, retail and wholesale prices, and cash, card or mobile money payments, with A4 invoices or 80 mm receipts.
Stock you can trust: stock levels for each branch, transfers, reorder alerts, purchase orders and a full movement history, so every item is accounted for.
Credit, lay-by and reports: customer accounts, part payments and lay-by, plus profit, valuation and best-seller reports. Encrypted automatic backups and five user roles keep the data safe.
